"Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen Hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Appreciate your friends. Continue to learn. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.” ― Mary Anne Radmacher
Living intentionally is something that I personally attempt to do every day. What does this mean exactly?
To me, living intentionally means that everything I do has a deeper meaning or purpose behind it.
This doesn't mean that I don't take time to kick my feet up and relax (although I do need to work on this), it means that when I do take the time to rest it is intention. I appreciate the "time off."
I am a person that likes to feel like I have accomplished something every day...whether it is cleaning the house, completing work projects, or just spending time with my family. I am always working on improving and growing.
This provides me a lot of confidence and purpose.
I urge you to take this approach this coming week (and month). Think about the intention behind your actions :)
