FEAR.
We all want to shrink away from it...or pretend it doesn't exist and ignore it.
But I love the quote from Mellody...bravery can only exist in the presence of fear!
Think about all of the times you felt most proud of yourself. Or think of your biggest accomplishment. _______________ required a lot of bravery, right?
Fear is not necessarily a bad thing. It's meant to protect us and keep us safe.
But sometimes staying safe is the "easy" way out. You were meant for more.
