1. Vicious mood swings! How to avoid them or make them less severe? (28:54)
PMS is common, but NOT normal.
We share a lot of diet/lifestyle tips as well as supplement suggestions to help rebalance your hormones. We love this guide from Megan Rand of Ginger Newtrition: Toxic Home Makeover Guide Magnesium – this is a big one because everyone needs it! Check out Kate’s recipe for magnesium gummies for a fun way to get a hit of magnesium!
2. Why do I consistently get a migraine on the first 2 days of my cycle and how can I change this? (52:11)

If you have tried all the diet and lifestyle suggestions and are STILL struggling with PMS symptoms and whacky hormone regulation, get some testing done and dig a little deeper to find out the root cause of your issues!
