Sometimes letting go can be one of the hardest things to do...letting go of relationships, materials, habits...
But letting go can bring about a world of good.
Letting go creates more space and room in your life, especially for more positive experiences.
Often, we carry around worries and anxieties that appear to create a "black cloud" that just hangs around. Freeing those negative thoughts and worries allows the cloud to lift and the days to brighten.
