Simply Nature’s Knock Your Sprouts Off 7-Grain Sprouted Bread
Silver Hills Sprouted Bread (Kate found this at Target)
Ingredients: organic whole sprouted wheat, organic whole sprouted barley, water, vital wheat gluten, organic cane sugar, cultured wheat flour (wheat flour, bacterial culture), yeast, sea salt, organic sunflower oil (used only on the equipment not as an ingredient). Contains wheat. May contain organic soy and sesame seeds. Made in a peanut and tree nut free facility.

2. “Hi Ladies! I was listening to the Ladies Dish podcast #11 this morning and had a question for you all. Dana mentioned kind of in passing that when she switched to Paleo, even though she was exercising and eating better, that she found herself gaining weight. She then said that it was due to some hormone imbalances or something along those lines. I've been doing Paleo for about 2 1/2 years to deal with an autoimmune disorder, and I also exercise five times a week alternating between cardio and HITT workouts, but I've found myself gradually gaining weight. More so in the past 5 months I would say. I was wondering if you could tell me what hormones Dana was having issues with, and if she has been able to manage them and the weight gain since that point.” (22:40)
3. I’m trying to cut out breads, cereals, bagels, etc for breakfast...what can I eat instead that is just as quick? (33:56)
Joy is the breakfast goddess….and she just wrote a blog post all about BREAKFAST! Some of her favorite quick breakfasts include: a slice of quiche, hardboiled eggs, overnight oats or chia seed pudding, dinner leftovers, sardines (if you’re into that sort of thing) and smoothies - check her blog post for more inspiration and some recipes!
